This program helps individuals learn skills to manage their own lives, so they can reduce stress and live with intention. The end result is happiness, increased productivity, and stronger relationships built on love, respect, and trust.

Step 1:

Pat yourself on the back for seeking help and how to have continued momentum and growth (affirmations)

Step 2:

Learn to accept your personal superpower, Authenticity.

Step 3:

What are your problem areas? Be specific! We will assess your current situation using a time diary (a three-day time log by the hour).

Step 4:

Learn who’s in control of your mind and how to change your mind-set for the better. Where do you see yourself in 5 years—personal and business? Create a plan and from this generate 2 yearly goals.

Step 5:

Break down your goals into tasks, so you can more easily tackle them and complete your goal. 

Step 6:

Learn time management, productivity, and prioritizing tools and techniques to be more efficient on your to-do list and your calendar

Step 7:

Learn Project Planning (productivity and time management skills to be more efficient and waste less time)
Step 8:

Start talking with your kids, family, and colleagues about the changes you are making to be a better person and ask for their support on your journey.

Step 9:

Create a plan of action (POA) for going forward (weekly family meetings, quality relationship time and self-care time)

Step 10:

Break down the plan into tasks (the foundational four— monthly/weekly, quarterly, semi-annually, and annually)

Step 11:

Use quiet time to reflect, renew and change things as needed

Step 12:

A final wrap-up of all you have learned and received from the course. At the end of the course, everyone will receive a certificate of completion.
